Every chef knows that the shape and size of an ingredient can make or break a dish.  Ingredients cut into uniform pieces to an appropriate size not only cook more easily, but also taste better. So, before you prep your next meal, practice your culinary cutting techniques and master the art of slicing and dicing at City Centre Muscat’s virtual reality gourmet game ‘Chef Battle’ from July 18 - 31 as part of the mall’s summer campaign.

Visitors can step inside the virtual reality of ‘Chef Battle’. Players will be given controllers that simulate swords to slice away at ingredients that are used to create their respective dishes. Players that slice the wrong items will lose points while those that slice the correct items will gain points and be rewarded with exciting prizes from the mall’s participating restaurants and retail stores. 

Visitors who spend OMR 10 at any F&B or leisure and entertainment options can present their receipts at the game stand in front of Shake Shack for the chance to play ‘Chef Battle’ Virtual Reality game and receive a Scratch and Win card for instant prizes, if you win the game.

Additionally, City Centre Muscat and City Centre Qurum will be giving customers a chance to win amazing prizes, including a brand-new Lincoln MKC until August 3. In collaboration with Carrefour, shoppers can win daily prizes like mobile phones, air fryers tablets, and more. To participate, visitors must simply spend OMR 20 or more and present their receipts at the customer service desk.
